FB as for metal art. Big Black Friday sale with promise of fast turnaround time. Placed order and received confirmation. Three weeks later have not received shipping confirmation. Tried to contact via phone, email, and FB messenger with no reply. Other customers are reporting on their FB page of the same experience.

Ordered Nov 11. Received confirmation email and nothing but automatic replies after that. Tried called, emailing, Facebook messaging, texting and even stopping by their shop in a Blaine,MN. And nothing

I ordered a metal sign from this place in November and haven't received anything. I signed up to pay every 2 weeks and I am currently trying to get out of this scam. I usually review places very well but this one slipped by me. So many red flags. The address don't exist. It is a young kid taking advantage of customers all over. I am hoping I can get the help I need through the disputing process. Please don't order from them and do your research before!

My boyfriend bought a product off of the companies website as a Christmas present after seeing an advertisement. He never received an email confirmation that the order was placed, but the money was immediately withdrawn from his account. After doing further research on the companies reviews and looking at comments from their Facebook page, it seems as if many other individuals never received their order after months of waiting. I did investigation myself and the ads that are promoted through this company is another companies work. VO Metal center just created their Facebook page even though the company has supposedly been in business for years. Their Facebook page and website have two different addresses listed for their location; one being a McDonald’s and the other in a shopping mall. This company is most definitely a scam. They are unreachable by email, Facebook messenger, telephone, or text despite being listed on their website as a means of communication. If you call the number it rings twice and says no one is available to speak.

Order placed on Nov 18th. Have not rcvd item yet. Tried to attempt through email and phone call. Receive a generic automated email response that they are short staffed and working on getting products out. Phone call goes immediatley to voicemail saying to leave a message, then quickly get a text stating just about the same thing. Found this advertisment of item on Facebook. When I attempt to leave a bad review, it quickly gets removed

Order was placed, received confirmation via email. Credit card was charged 11/5/22. Have contacted the company via phone multiple times and received a generic text also sent multiple emails and receive generic response. Falsely Advertise shipment in 5-15 days. VO metal text received from Tel #612-315-9009

I ordered a metal piece for my children 11-11-2022. Received an email that my order was placed. Tried emailing the company and calling them. No response to email and their phone number just has a message. when I paid for the item, they took my money the next day. I am worried I was scammed and I won't receive it for Christmas!

I ordered custom metal signs. Have heard nothing back. They took payment. Been doing research. Their website is identical to Real steel Center LLC in Texas. They are a verified business with you. The fact that their website is EXACT, they don't answer the phone or email, I am left to believe this is a fraudulent sight. https://vometalcenter.com/
