This online business is 100% deceiving the consumer! 1st they show a very low price online, 2nd after you purchase they ask you to call to confirm the order, 3rd when you call they tell you that the reason it is so low is because this is a product shipped out of Asia and the manufacturer does not honor the warranty. The moment you say "what can I do" they begin to up-sell you. After I cancelled the order, I immediately notified my credit card not to allow or to dispute any charge from them. Then I searched the internet and found out that they switch their business name and website every 6-12 mont's, they use several different business names to process the payment and there are no physical addresses, states or owners information anywhere. When you call, their limited customer service is only to up-sell the consumer otherwise they put you on hold until you hang-up. Beware, you have been warned!
