My girlfriend recently bought a hair brush from this company and they couldn't give her a tracking number they have no means of contacting customer service except via email (which is responded to whenever they get around to it). It took them almost a month to give her a tracking number/get the package delivered to an incorrect address. And then when confronted about them shipping it to an incorrect address they refused to refund our money and basically told us they wouldn't refund the money and that our only two options were to either accept our loss or accept our loss AND give them more money in terms of buying more merchandise from them. They told us outside of that there's nothing we could do.
