The site advertised stained glass art and delivered a cheap look-alike that comprised a print on vinyl decal, with low-resolution and pixelated features, adhered to a thin metal backing. I responded to the site's customer support, citing 100% customer sastisfaction guarantee and refund. They replied that sorry, the stained glass can break in shipping so we changed the product to a metal cutout. They also wrote that they were sorry they did not email me about that change. They offered 20% refund if I keep it. I refused and said this was for a gift and I would not give the product because it was too cheap and amateurship. They then offered 50% refund, and I refused saying no will ship it back at my own cost and want my 100% refund. They then offered 80% refund. I replied once again that it's not worth keeping and I'd rather pay the shipping and get all my money back. They indicated they would change the description, as I had written about "false advertisement". I just viewed the website, now several days later. They made a few changes in the meantime, now having the word "metal print" in a few locations. However, they still have pictures of the stained glass version, and they still have a few references to stained glass art which they forgot to delete/modify. I found a clickbait link to a similar product, and again, there were several mentions of it being stained glass, and then at the very end there is text that shows "Material: Metal", and all the pictures also comprise stained glass art. It's totally false and misleading. I snip'd some screenshots into a Word document; however, the upload tool would then freeze the site and not allow me click "next". So I deleted the upload file and was then able to navigate the "next" button. I can supply my screenshot Word file. which shows the websites as of November 28, 2023.
