I did a Google search for a good quality high rated TV soundbar. Found an article, Bestbuypick.com, reviewing 5 different brand products. The top rated soundbar was Vortqix with an option to view the website. I clicked and went through what seemed a legitimate business and checked out. It was on the order confirmation that I noticed the billing address was incorrect. I emailed via their "contact us" option to correct the address. I have not received an order confirmation in my email and so I found a phone number on the website which I believe to be completely bogus as no one answered. I sent 2 emails the first about the billing address the second to cancel the order all together. I called the phone number a total of 3 times getting an automated message saying to leave your full name, email address. and the order #. I did leave my information on the 3rd call attempt which I now regret. I can only blame myself for not being more vigilant. It appears the website/article is bogus as well. I went to "contact" them and I get an error saying "Google reCAPTCHA verification failed, please try again later." when I try to submit my comments.
