I just got charged from this company. Not knowing anything about it or recognizing the name. They took $40 from my bank account. Not sure what to do!

I thought I was signing up for a sweepstake and the opportunity to watch movies on my phone for free. I got charged a $1.02. and the lady is Real-Country Leadis Supraise. It was on my fb and I had shared quite a few of her quotes. She popped up with the stuff on her site and she told me how to sign up. I never completed it and I was still charged.

I tried to get free netflix movies and got sent to this website and was told to use my card information and they took a dollar from me

I was attempting to download vipbox.com and was inundated with pop-up ads and thought I was being asked to do a trial period of this service and it was actually a sneak attack ad from voxency.com. I dont even know what the product was they were selling. My bank credit card service contacted me immediately because of the suspicious nature of the purchase. I immediately found their number online and called. Nice person said it would be refunded in a few days and that the account was closed. (That transaction was denied by my bank.) A few days later I noticed they had billed me via the same BOA card for $39.99. Now their number doesn't ring it just says call not connected. I know its only $40.00 dollars but it's my $40.00 and the principle involved.

I too had this experience, and the CS person said they would cancel, and they did cancel the charge 8 days later. So, essentially, they get our $40 for a week, and if they do that with thousands of "customers" they make a pretty good wage! Also, the phone number to "call" on my credit card invoice was erroneous, and off by one digit. Ha. They thought we couldn't call them back, but I figured out the correct number and got a CS person. It's actually 1-888-778-0461 (NOT 779, as shown on my bill.)

I don’t even know how they got my credit card info, I’ve never seen the site before now! But it’s definitely a scam they stole a dollar. how much of a low life could you be to steal a dollar

They are taking money out of my cash app on $kheart3 keep wanting to take $40 I didn't give them permission I dont believe this is legal

Voxency tricked me into joining an expensive book club. All I wanted to do was watch the Saints game. Gave credit card info, which they claimed that they WOULD NOT charge. Then they did. TWICE! Stay away from this scam site...

My credit card company sent an email saying the 39.99 charge from Voxency was declined. I've never even heard of this company more less purchased anything from them so it is definitely a scam. I will be notifying my credit card company of this.

I kept noticing that someone was trying to either get something or pay a bill for looks like nearly 40$ so this morning at 430 am they did it again and got the money off my prepaid cash app card I have been trying to call them to no avail they put you on hold forever until you get tired and hang up. What can I do to get my money back?

Voxency is saying it is Netflix for a free year if you give credit card # I’m sure it’s a scam!

Voxency insinuated themselves onto my computer while I was trying to order checks from VistaPrint. They were able to see my credit card number etc. and they charged the credit card a fee and claimed I joined up for a 5 day trial period. Fortunately Chase immediately texted me and I was able to kill the charge.I did have to cut up my card since Chase killed it due to Fraud.
