Purchased two pairs of boots as gifts and realized I needed size changes. Contacted through email and they said upon receiving to send picture of items and sizes needed. I did that and I received an email from them, followed by another email and no response and the page is no longer active or social media pages. So it appears I’m stuck with shoes no one can wear.
