I bought my fiancés engagement ring from Vrai and six months into wearing it the diamond spontaneously fell off. I was pleased that they had a “lifetime warranty against manufacture defects”, so I obviously reached out. I sent a picture of the ring and explained that the ring fell off for absolutely no reason. My fiancé doesn’t participate in any activities that could potentially cause a diamond to fall off a ring. The closest thing would be running, in which she always takes her ring off. I explained this to a customer service agent named Kathleen and instead of providing any helpful assistance whatsoever she argued that since the ring had been used for up to six months, it didn’t apply under the “lifetime warranty.” I was obviously confused by that answer, so I pressed further. She then said that the ring was somehow warped from sitting on my fiancés finger and the diamond magically popped off… therefore it was our fault? So now, six months into our engagement we’re $500in the hole and don’t even have an actual diamond anymore.

Do not buy from Vrai they are all scammers. I wouldn’t be surprised if Kathleen was actually a greasy dude sitting in a basement full of [censored]ty Chinese rings scamming people. The rings look great online but I promise you will regret it.

I’ve read a plethora of similar reviews online but they are hard to find because VRAI will delete any negative review you leave on their website. Hence, why almost every review on their website is 5 stars. What a joke! Bunch of deceitful, lowlife, scammers who make trash jewelry and provide worse customer service.
