I started an online chat with Mike at Vresolve Technologies to get tech support for recurring malware popups on my Mac. Vincent from took over in the chat later. Both telephoned me and asked questions. Chat commo included asking my permission to correct select problems. Cost: 1 hr of my time and a $*** charge. A search of BBB org indicated Vresolve Technologies were scammers. I cancelled my CC but the charge had already gone through. BTW, the links in the receipt was a redirection to another similarly named company. The other link offering to answer question was vresolve.com which was a Logo Design company name VResolve. The contact person in one email receipt/paperwork was Prerna Surik.

"WELCOME TO VRESOLVE" email from the company offered the following:

"Welcome to the Best Technical Support Solution

Dear XYZ ,

Thank you for choosing VRESOLVE for all your technical issues

We are confident that you will be very satisfied with the services that we offer.

The information enclosed will help you make the most of our services.

We provide best support for:-

1.All Microsoft Products.

2.Virus and Spyware related issues.

3.Internet issues.

4.Wireless Configuration.

5.Configuring Wireless and Network Printer.

6.Mail Configuration like Outlook, Windows Mail, Eudora etc.

7.Software Installation and Removal.

8.Optimization of PC and Internet.

9.Wireless and Networking issues.

10.Windows Installation and Repair.

11.Firewall and Network Security

And many more."
