I ordered the "free" shell choker VSCO girl necklace and then was charged shipping of around $7.00. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and have still not recived the product. By email, after i questioned several times the arrival date, they gave me a USPS tracking number that states invalid. They've assured me by multiple emails that the product is on the way and that USPS has a "known bug" in its tracking system. I called the phone number listed multiple times during the day and night and and received no answer or no voice mail with company info. There is no listed physical address on the website. This is geared toward tween and teen age girls that like the VSCO girl products. They advertise deep discounts on somewhat expensive name brand items including apple air pods, HydroFlask and Fjallraven backpacks. These discounts cannot be found anywhere else on the internet or in stores. I believe this company is a scam or selling counterfeit products. I am very worried this is geared toward young girls and can cost parents small sums that the company can really add up. And never recieve any products.
