This company advertised on Facebook stating that you will receive a free trial of two face creams and that you only have to pay the shipping. No where on the ad did it state that you had a limited time to try it before they would charge your credit card or that is was a subscription. 15 days later I receive an email saying they were charging no time only the shipping but $132.00 for each of the two creams to my credit card. I called the customer service number immediately and spoke with someone who assured me that, no, I didn't have to return the product and that I would be credited the full amount minus the shipping. I asked him three times to confirm that it would be credited and he assured me it would.

I got my statement today and they never credited the amount.

I called again this evening and this woman just kept saying that I had 14 days to call them but I called on day 15 (I am not sure where this information even was as I did not read it on their site). I demanded my money back and she kept refusing.
