Nothing else in the site that I could find authorizing and future purchase for commitment.Nor was there info on cost of the actual items.
When placing order, it asked if I also wanted eye gel free sample, also, with no indication of further charges.
When shipment arrived promptly, the only info on it was the distributor as follows:
Flash 22, PO Box 500, North York, M3J 0J8.
Subsequent 2 shipping charges for the items taken out of credit card.
A few weeks later, I received a email stating they've shipped another shipment of the 2 production, charging me $105 USD for each item. The email state do not reply, and has no company name on it,
When I called the customer service # listed on the email, I was told that I was supposed to call within 2 week of the original order to cancel if I did not wish further shipments. I did not see such thing. I requested cancellation of the order, and received only $46 refund. When I called back that this is not the full refund, the person on the other end of the phone basically yelled, and tried to intimidate me, and threatened to cancel the refund completely, telling me that they are not even obligated to give me a refund at all.
After ensuring that the refund came through the credit card, I called the company 3 different times requesting a confirmation email from them that my account is completely cancelled. Each time I was told they have cancelled it, and that I would receive the email shortly. I still have not received the email confirming those phone calls, even though it appears that information is recorded from the company's end.
