I attempted to make a purchase through Vudu.com numerous times, because I had transferred enough funds for just one purchase, but the site kept denying my purchase because my phone or "device" I was using was apparently not accepted, so I switched to an iPad, and tried again. The site reported each attempt through my phone as "denying my card," although there was enough money transferred for one purchase, but said it went through on my iPad. We all say around waiting to watch the movie, but it was never loaded to my account. It was late, so I checked the next day only to see that my card was charged $26.61 for the purchase of the "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice" title, and my bank card shows the purchase for "Pre-auth Completion, $26.61, to VUDU.COM, BEVERLY HILLS, CAUS," yet even with contacting CS through Fandango At Home/VUDU, they are denying that I am entitled the movie that my card clearly states I have paid for, only focusing on the "denied attempts" to but the movie, but I have been charged twice for movies in the past through this site, so I will only make a transfer in the necessary amount to my card, so that I can't be over-charged again. If my multiple emails and attempts to talk with someone that will see past the fact that their site is the cause of me only transferring enough funds to my card to fulfill one purchase, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with the proof that I have of the charge to VUDU.COM on my card on the exact night I tried to purchase a movie, when I have no other fees through that account that should show anywhere on my bank statement. I informed them that I would be reaching out to you if this couldn't be resolved, as well as record my attempt to contact them yesterday, numerous times, both on the phone and through messages, along with a reading of the the fact that they hung up on me when I let them know what's going on, and also a recording of their automated message ending and them going radio silent after waiting 20 minutes when I called them back. I would really just like a full refund so I can go elsewhere with my purchase for this title.
