They started posting scam videos on tiktok stating discount codes. their website seemed legit. after placing an order it was clear that they ship their items from china. i asked them to cancel the items pretty much a few hours after placing the order. they stated it was processed for shipping. the records of the item showed it was not. they said i should wait to receive it and then ask for a return label and get a refund. they then stopped answering my requests when i asked them for a return label and a refund. they didn't send anything. they are scamming people. please confiscate their site. www.vulosa.com
