They told me they could get my VA Benefits for me and they also had access to my VA Account. I was told i could get benefits and then all i get from the VA is denial letters so i sent via email all paperwork from VA and then mr pullins sends email he cannot open PDF files so i copy everything and send them as Jpeg form through email and no answer so i sent an email and call asking for a refund and both mr and msrs pullins call me and tell me our contract is closed and will not try to get me any benefits nor will they refund me.On our last call they were both trying to talk at same time on the phone so i just told them i was done because mrs pullins was raising her voice and would not let me speak.First they told me they could not open pdf files then mrs pullins said her computers did not open jpeg files,this was after i asked for a refund i thought these people were lawyers.
