It all starts because they get your number from some job search website, They contact you by text message and then by WhatsApp. In my case, she introduced herself as a woman named Clara, born in London, and who was a single mother living in Miami. They offer you a supposed online job (to work from home) or as an extra job, but once you subscribe to their website and start working (or doing what they say is work) the account is blocked with a negative balance and then the scam begins... the supposed mentor (in my case she) tell you that you must deposit a small amount of money to complete what is missing and continue generating money, supposedly when you get paid at the end of the "work" day they give you back what you "invested", luckily for me they only managed to fool me once... and I lost little money..., but I know that there are people who lose a lot more money... because money is taken from them little by little. When you have questions or question the situation, the mentor makes up any excuse and makes up stories to convince you. And of course the website no longer exists and the phone numbers where they sent me messages are no longer active. I hope people do their research and get this so they don't fall for this scam.
