I recently lost my husband 7/30/2024. My husband died of complications of CLL (chronic lymphocytic leukemia). In his obituary I asked in lieu of flowers to please donate to the Leukemia and Lymphoma society ** **** ******* Early September I got a text message and a phone call from the law firm, Wagstaff Law Firm, regarding my claim for Roundup on behalf of my husband, ****** ********  They had asked for his death certificate and any medical records. I never had filed a claim. I tried to call them to ask how they got this information. No one has ever picked up at the law office. I feel like this is a scam to get information about my husband plus his social security number is on his death certificate.

This weekend I received a certified letter form Wagstaff Law Firm stating that I no longer wanted to pursue this claim and to contact them if I changed my mind. Again, I have never filed a claim.

This has been very difficult for me emotionally and I feel like, whoever is doing this, got this information by searching obituaries. It looks like a reputable web site for the law firm, but I truly believe this is a scam to get information about my husband.
