Business offers services to allow dog walking for locals in need, but a background check must be done first - if you pay $120 you’ll be put in the ‘priority queue’, yet I paid just the $40 for my check and was put in the normal queue but never was approved or even rejected, it was always ‘pending’ even after I had contacted support 1 month after my submission. 2 months after I asked for a refund and they told me it was a non-refundable deposit to a third party that they could not refund. I told them this was unacceptable as they are the business responsible for ensuring applicants are addressed in a timely fashion and they still said they couldn’t do anything, but then addressed my application after I said I was not interested anymore.
