I placed an order for 2 Orion Cooker Outdoor Convection Cooker Stainless BBQ Smoker Turkey Fryer 2 Pack Model #NO566161069 in the amount of $61.93. They actually debited my account for $67.00 order #8889 on January 03, 2020. I receive a tracking number and website link of where I could track the package and was told that the results may not be available for 2-3 days. The original tracking number provided required a verification code in which I asked to have and mysteriously my order couldn't be located. I then provided my order number and a NEW tracking number was given that didn't require a verification code. I continuously attempted to track the package but it never showed it moving past the AIRPORT in China. When I complained the first time, I was told that a reshipment had been made as a courtesy along with a NEW tracking number. That too never moved. When I asked to have my money refunded, I was told I could get: Hi,

I‘m sorry, I have checked with express company, your order has been lost during the transportation. How about we offer you a $75 coupon that you can deduct when you place the order. You only need to pay the difference. And you can get additional 10% discount if you pay it by western?union. Here?are?the?website?you?can?choose?the?items?you?like:

Once I told them I wasn't interested in placing another order with them and wanted my money back, I was told I could get $50 back. 6 months later, I still have no product and no refund.
