SCAMMERS - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I then sent them an email on 8/30 asking to cancel my order. The very next day I get an email that my order has shipped, I replied to that email and said that I previously asked to cancel the order for a full refund! They replied the same day and said that I couldn't cancel because it already shipped and that I was supposed to cancel within 24 hours of placing my order!? Seriously? It took yall 12 days to even create a shipping label but I have 24 hrs to not want to do business with you?
Needless to say - I got my package today 9/12. It took 12 days to ship from NJ to FL? THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.
The best part - the "product" came in in a USPS envelope - no box. No product packaging or even instructions. This is completely unprofessional and again - A SCAM.
My bank has been contacted today as I have yet to get another response from this bootleg "business".

Type of a scam Online Purchase
I received my payment confirmation via email the same date of purchase. I waited 6 days (May 19th) to send an email after I did not receive any shipping details. I did not receive a response from the company as they state on their website “Our friendly staff will reply promptly within 24-28 business hours.” So I reached out via instagram on May 21st about my order and still received no response. I waited another 5 days (May 26th) to send them another message via email and instagram where I threatened to report their business and contact my bank if they did not give me an update on my purchase.
Surprisingly someone replied the same day stating “Hi disorders currently in the process of being shipped we have a 10 to 15 business days processing time due to extreme high volume of orders our personal time does not include weekends I can assure you your package will be shipping very very soon thank you so much and will be in touch.” I replied “Thank you for the reply.”
May 28th I received an email about my order being shipped and received a tracking number. This past Sunday June 5th something told me to check the status of my delivery because I had not received anything at that point. Would you believe the tracking number they provided states that a shipping label was created on May 29th @2:15am and “Your package is on its way to a USPS facility.”
THESE PEOPLE DID NOT EVEN SEND MY PACKAGE TO THE POSTAL OFFICE!
Yesterday June 6th, I reached back out to the company via instagram after having seen other people complain about their order too under posts they made. In the message I sent I told them “Reference order #: ***** Hello, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service by your business. I received an email stating my package was shipped May 28th. I check the tracking number and the package still has not yet arrived to a USPS facility. At this point I no longer even want the products given I will not have them by the anticipated date of Thursday June 9th.
I will be contacting my bank to issue a refund and provide them details of what has taken place over the past month. It’s absurd that your business is run this way and quite disappointing because it’s black owned.
I’ve been more than patient however you have not upheld your end of the business deal. It’s way beyond 10-15 business days. And to be honest nothing should take that long especially being shipped domestically within the US. I am beyond belief of at this point.”
NOT TO MY SURPRISE NO ONE HAS RESPONDED! I’m calling my bank today and getting my money back!
WAISTMAGNET IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND THEY ARE FALSING ADVERTISING PRODUCTS THAT THEY ARE NOT SENDING PEOPLE. MORE OVER, THEY ARE USING CELEBRITIES VIDEOS AND PICTURES TO LURE CUSTOMERS INTO BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WAISTMAGNET!!!
