I purchased some waist trainers July 17,2019. I had given birth to my baby 2 months prior and needed that to help me get back in shape. I’ve email this company numerous times and get the same automated message. The last few times no response. They said there’s no refund however there’s also no merchandise. They would have to apply that money to some type of merchandise you would think. However they’re just a fraud. There is over 150 reviews online with the same problem and I’ll like to be heard and shut them down if that’s the company they’re running. I have a company myself and my husband andi take pride in having great customer service. This is ridiculous that they can tell you no refunds yet it’s been 9 months of nothing.

The company below is a scam do not buy from them. Look online and others have been scammed by waistshaperz. I got my money back becuz I paid threw paypal
