Wake up waverly. A man by the name of (NAME) says he is a Construction crew. Licensed builder in waverly ny but will not show documentation to prove that. He is a local homeless man who has been caught stealing from stores. Find it hard to belive he owns and runs a business. He's taking money from customers to do work and has no insurance and is not paying taxes on the money he recives as payment. It's only a matter of time before he gets hurt and sues the people who have hired him thinking he's a real company. I would just hope this is looked into before its too late.
