The application stated it was 100% refundable. After they received my transfer, they asked me for more money. When they asked me for more money I told them I sent them all of the money I had outside of money for daycare. I asked for a refund and they responded that the money was already being send to my account and he could not cancel. He then said to send me any additional money that I could come up with. I told him again that I did not have additional money. Then I called the number listed. A man answered and I told him I was calling for a refund and he hung up on me. I tried to contact my bank (PNC) but nothing has been done.
