I subscribed for their 1 minth special, with the ability to go on if i wanted and respond to the email. I responded telling them I wasnt interested in their program and wouldn't be continuing.

Next thing I know a monthly fee has been taken out, i again attempt to cancel and nothing, another fee.

Tonight I finally got someone to say it was canceled, buy couldnt help with the precious requests.
