Email said that I had made a complaint at a Walmart service desk on "20-11-2023". In their "attempt" to rectify the situation, they want to give me a gift card and placed a link for me to click to "validate the gift card". They signed the email as "Walmart, WMT US @ Mark" I am suspicious because 1) I never made any such complaint; 2) the non-American use of the date "month-say-year"; and 3) the atypical email address. Thank you for looking into this. I hope that a more trusting individual doesn't get sucked in and lose money as a result.
