I ordered a small tree through website. They sent tracking number and stated delivered to West Hurley post office and was delivered to my home 11/4. It was never delivered. I went to the post office and they stated it was never scanned and not a real tracking number. This wS a scam. I contacted the support number on the email. They want to credit me 30% of my purchase for a product I never received. I believe this was just a scam. I want them stopped! I would like my money back but that probably will not happen. Thank you

At the beginning of July, I saw an advertisement indicating $1.00 for a Dell laptop through Walmart, because they were overstocked. I remitted the amount and instead I was debited $67.32. I called and had the account cancelled - Confirmation ******. I had to call another area for a refund.

I called and they claim that $67.32 was listed, which I had to pay after a certain waiting period. I personally never saw this as I would never have remitted the $1.00. On top of this, it overdrew my account and I was charged an additional $30.

On July 11, they wrote to me and gave me another number to call: 917 780 4547. This line was also always busy.

On 7/11/2023; I received a text message indicating that they could remit 80% of the total and to call the telephone number listed above to agree to receive an 80% of $67.32.

I did call to agree and left a message. They never returned my call and their final text message was that they decided I was not entitled to a refund.
