Received a card in the mail sating that it was my final notice of my $100 reward from Walmart and Target and that I needed to call the number above to claim and if I did not I would forfeit the prize

I received a card in the mail stating that I had won a $100 reward from Walmart/Target and tghat I needed to call the number above and give them my Claim #. I called the number and the person who answered said that it was a $200 prize not the $100 on the mailer, but that they needed my credit or debit card number to charge for the shipping of the prize.
