This Walmart is intentionally refusing cash. Customers are required to use a debit or credit card for purchase. The card reader isn’t prompting for a pin for debit transactions but the receipt shows up as debit tend. I contacted my bank who see it was a PINLESS transaction and they said due to that Walmart can continue to charge any card that is being used without a pin prompt! So that means they can KEEP charging customers cards without authorization! The manager gaslights by saying “sometimes their system ask for a pin and sometimes it doesn’t “ which is complete bull[censored] because if no pin is entered it would process as credit NOT debit! It appears this location could possibly be scamming customers to obtain card information. I never been to any Walmart that didn’t accept cash for POS transactions and I surly never used my card and wasn’t prompted for a pin and it didn’t read as a credit card tender.

Their scam is false advertising

There is a rather intricate scam being run by “Canddidlike” using Walmart’s website and for which Walmart, becoming aware of the facts, CONTINUES to allow the scammers to use its webspace. Sad, really.

I ordered from Walmart and my card was charged by Walmart for a desk. The desk was to be shipped to Los Angeles County, California. Sales Order Id: 200012139394524. But, there was no desk. Rather, Canddidlike supplied Fed Ex with the above Order number to be used to ship a “bar” to an address in BERKELEY, California.

When the bar was delivered, Fed Ex notified Walmart that Order Id: 200012139394524 had been delivered. As far as Walmart knew, and relying on the Order number, the “desk” had been delivered to the correct address in Los Angeles County, California.

Walmart, unaware of the facts, notified us that the “desk” had been delivered. Vigorous protest ensued, including directing Walmart to the Fed Ex record of delivery showing it had delived a “bar” to an address in Berkeley CA. Rather than waiting on “Canddidlike” Walmart initiated a refund on its own. Canddidlike then e-mailed us insisting that in order to get a refund, we should lie to Walmart and claimed we had actually received the desk but had afterwards lost it. If we may quote our good friend, Vizzini: "Inconceivable!" (The Princess Bride. 1987). But true. A copy of that e-mail is attached.

While we knew immediately that by stating we had received the desk but then “lost” it, there would be no refund and Canddidlike would be able to keep the money, our concern was that others, the elderly, the inexperienced, the gullible would fall victim to this scam. So, we notified Walmart. You expect Walmart to be concerned one of its vendors was attempting to get a customer to lie? Get use to disappointment. Walmart did nothing. Canddidlike is still peddling its scams on Walmart’s webspace. Thus, when shopping on Walmart.com BE AWARE. Walmart does not protect its customers.

Ordered the item online and never received.

Purchased a vacuum cleaner online with Walmart that barely worked and stopped working after 2 months. Company will not refund money. I researched the company only to find many negative reviews of faulty products and many company names (i.e. Joshua Enterprises, Josh 26, Arnold's Discounts, Discount Jungle, etc.) I believe owner's name is Jimone Berookhim. They are selling really bad products using Amazon, Walmart, eBay and more.

The seller offered a number of gazebo tents for sale on the Walmart app. Some were listed on sale for cheap prices so, friends and I bought them. After we purchased the quantity listed as available, the items returned to full price.

In the following days, we were all contacted via phone and email several times by individuals who stated for us to cancel our purchases. With each time, I'd in turn contact Walmart customer service and was told that everything was ok and there wasn't a need to cancel anything. They also added that the third party sellers weren't allowed to call us. Today, the day that I was supposed to receive my items, I instead got notifications that my orders were cancelled.

Call to me on 4/4 and 4/7

Emails to me on 4/6, 4/7 and 4/10

Calls placed to Customer service on 4/7, 4/8 and 4/9

Seller tried to sell TurboTax software on Walmart.com as a digital download. Upon payment the seller sends an email with a link to download software from a third party website with an activation code. However, when downloading and installing the software and entering the activation code it does not work. The license for the software has already been used.

I ordered a cool gel mattress from walmart.com on February 2 and then on the app they stated that they had delivered it on February 6 even though it wasn’t due until February 14 after I called Walmart.com they assured me that the product would be delivered on February 14 but when February 14 arrive nothing was delivered and then after I contacted Walmart.com they stated that the company urban titanium LLC was supposed to send me the mattress but that they are scammers so Walmart.com had to remove them from their marketplace but once again, I didn’t find any of this out until 12 days after I had placed my order and they collect my money, and no products arrived

I ordered a product via walmart.com from this seller. I wanted to return the items, but it was out of the return window from walmart.com. I reached out to the seller directly, who said they would accept the return for a full refund and provided a shipping address. I immediately shipped the return and provided the seller with the tracking number. They asked me to watch the tracking and notify them when it was delivered, which I thought was strange. I did this, and did not hear back from them for over a week after I notified them of the delivery. They finally told me the refund was processing and that I should have it within a couple of days. The refund never came through, and when I inquired about it I was told that the return window had closed and there would be no refund. So after promising a refund and receiving the returned items, they now refuse to issue a refund. This was a horrible experience and resulting in sunk costs and many, many lost hours over the course of 6 weeks. I finally was able to get a refund from Walmart. Additionally, they are selling counterfeit designer items including fake Prada items with the Prada name and logo.

All Day Zip has a Barbie Doll dream house for sale on Walmart.com app. They list the item for 99.00. I place my order for pick up. They wait for delivery day and time to cancel the order. The item is then priced for 233.00 once I go back into the order to see if it’s available. It also says there’s dollhouses in the store but Walmart is saying there are none in stock. I was refunded my money however not refunded on my time and trust in the Walmart app or this particular “company” I’ve filed complaints with Walmart and haven’t gotten anywhere yet if they will resolve the issue. I’m not sure if ALL DAY ZIP or ZIPPADDY is the correct name or if it’s based in Atlanta GA as I just googled the company. This company is a minor inconvenience and has me weary about ordering anything off the app.
