I placed an order at Walmart.com for items that were sold and shipped by Smith Liquidation LLC. My credit card was charged and a USPS shipping label was created, but the items were never shipped. When I did not receive the order as promised, I reached out to Walmart.com customer service and they were unwilling to provide any assistance beyond sending a message to Smith Liquidation LLC. I received an email the next day saying that Smith Liquidation LLC had initiated a refund but there was no explanation or indication that they ever intended to actually ship my order, nor is there any indication that they intended to notify me that my order would not be shipped. The language used in the email they sent was grammatically unusual.
