I was trying to install a new printer and was having a problem, I thought I went to the manufactures web site , HP printer/drivers support, when I got to this web site I was sent to this tech support site "Walnut". they stated they were a tech support site and in order to install the new printer I had to give them access to my computer. I did (dummy) anyway they spent a couple of hours running around in the computer and then charged my $299.99 for 3 years of support, they told me I could get a refund if not satisfied , (I believed them), they installed their tech support on 10/13/2017, I called on 10/23/2017 to cancel subscription. they stated they would get back to me in 48 hrs, did not happen, called again 10/26 was told they would get back in 2-4 hrs, did not happen, called again 10/27 supposedly talked to supervisor and was told that they provided support and therefore the charge was non refundable. I disputed that and I informed them that they did not fix the problem, FRAUD !!!! I was told to send it in an e-mail if I wanted a refund, I did that but nothing has happened. I have contacted the police and filed a report, and was told to contact ScamPulse.com
