Walter Anthony Donahue, whom we knew as Chuck, claimed to be a general contractor out of Florida/third party renter, led us to believe that he was a God-fearing Christian man. We were in a bind and being evicted out of our apartment. He told us "God spoke to him and told him to call around and find the perfect home for my children and I." We put a down payment on the house, paid an application fee, bought new locks and and door knobs for the house; waited nearly 3 weeks so now we have an outstanding balance with uhaul. All for him to change his number and run.
