I ordered a vacuum and I thought it was odd that it kept saying in progress. I waited 3 1/2 months and they tell me it was delivered and I never received anything. I contacted them and they said they would send out another one and never got it and contacted them again and they said it got lost in the mail. They said they would give me a coupon to their website and I told them I wanted my money back and they were only willing to give me some back and finally I settled with $53 when the vacuum was $60. Said they spent a lot of money for shipping and what not (boo hoo don’t care) they told me it could take 10-15 days or longer. It has now been2 months and have yet to receive my refund. I’m turning them in for fraud!

I ordered a vacuum off the website. 2-3 weeks went by and I would constantly check the shipping status and it remained on “progress” so I contacted them to cancel the order. I was told by them that I was sent already. I received “Ray Ban” sun glasses. I contacted them once again and told them what I had received and they apologize saying I could keep them and they would send the product once again. I just emailed them a couple of days ago to see where the package is and they told me it was lost during transaction and if I would accept a 70% coupon on future purchase.
