I ordered and paid in full $59.93 for two wands, that were to include a box, wand, charger, and instructions. I received one wand in bubble wrap…not what I paid for. I’ve attempted 20 times to contact by email and they will not respond.

Bought from the “Wand of fire” website that was advertised on Instagram - 2 ‘Wand’s of Fire’ advertised with pictures descriptions and videos that the wands shoot wads of flash paper for a fireball effect. As described it was supposed to come with the wand, a wand box, a spell guide, 180 use flashpaper, and finally a usb charging cable.

Instead I received 2 decorated sticks haphazardly bubble wrapped and tossed into an oversized shipping bag ??
