Buyer beware

I ordered and paid for two items. I received one and contacted customer service. I was told that the items were sent separately. They referred me to the original tracking number which hasn't been updated since Dec. 5. The company has not made any attempt to resolve this issue. I will definitely not be ordering from this company again. I will be contacting my bank to report fraud if this issue isn't resolved.
**UPDATE 12/25/2023**
Here we are, 12 days from the day I received a partial order. The company is still giving me the run around and I still don't have the item I ordered for Christmas (which is today). Customer service has asked me twice to verify that my address is correct. Obviously it's correct, because I have already explained that I only received one of my items. So if I received one. The address is correct. I have also asked for a refund twice which has not been acknowledged or received. So here I am without my order or my money.

China company not U.S. Cheap quality, long shipoing, wrong sizing, poor customer service.

So disappointing. NOT a U.S. Business, they are in CHINA. I ordered these mid November, so I could be sure to have them the first week of December, being it was theoretically domestic shipping. Ha, not even close, took nearly a month to arrive. Then, discovered each sweater was way too big. Add an inch+ to the chest size, a 1/2 in to sleaves and 1/2 to the shoulders, so even their sizing is wrong. It doesn't sound like much, but with all of the extra fabric, they look ridiculous. Plus, the quality is crap. They are long-john material, not sweaters. I contacted customer service and received a message from a "Vanessa" obviously a bot, who basically said nothing helpful. So I sent a new message/ticket. Again, a generated response that did nothing. Finally, after 3 attempts I got a request for photos, which I sent, and that resulted in them not responding at all after that. I opened another refund ticket, and got no response. They ghosted me, and are obviously scammers and liars.

Purchased 3 items form them. I received 2 VERY late and subpar. The third one I never received at all. They provided tracking that shows it was delivered to my address, but it was never received and they refused a refund. I filed a complaint with my credit card. USE ANOTHER COMPANY

I ordered a garage sign from this company close to a month ago. according to the confirmation number given, I was suppose to receive my order about on April 23, 2022. After contacting them they told me that my package would be arriving within 4 days. Its been 7 days and I still have not received my order neither a response after contacting them by email or what ever that little thing is that their customers are supposed to file out. As of right now ... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE>>>>>>>

I ordered a door mat large size as a gift for my sister and her husband for their retirement. I spent $40.22 for the larger mat and the money ? was taken out of my account that day! It was ordered March 23 2022. How long am to wait for this? They sent me a order number for one day then it disappeared ? Some now I’m out of the money and still no gift? ?‍♀️ Any answers about this?

I will never ever order again from them! Their service is horrible and lack of response to my order. The celebration was ruined because the recipient never received the gift I ordered. I still have yet to hear back from them. The tracking information is bogus as well. It shows still pending over a month now!

Reading these reviews made me question whether or not I had been scammed. I ordered a door mat on Nov 29 2021. I sent them emails, which I received quick replys regarding my order status. I received my order on 12/19/21 and item was exactly as pictured on site. It was about a week longer than I expected, but all is good.

Ordered ornaments as gifts on 11-17-21. Paid the $94 immediately on pay pal. Still on 12-14-2, ornaments has not arrived. Same as other comments on here- tracking number says USPS is waiting on the package. Wander print site says waiting on update from postal service. Cannot get a response from Wander prints. Christmas is coming and now might be to late to order from other site.

I ordered 212.00 on November 16,2021. I received one item, but none of the rest. I keep sending emails, they are saying 3-9 more days. Now they are saying I've already received it. I contacted PayPal and they say they will refund my money if they refuse to send items.

I placed my order on 11/29. Money was taken from my account that night. I could r see anything on their site to track my order. I sent an email to the after no response in 48 hours, I began complaining on multiple Facebook postings. They then contacted me through Facebook messenger. Their site claims my order was sent to be delivered on 12/2 through USPS. USPS tracking states their still waiting on the package. Communication now is shifting blame to USPS. I see I’m not alone in my experience with this company.

On 04/01/2021 I ordered a mat for my brother's new boat as present. To date (04/19/2021) he has not received it. I received an order number to tract it. The only information I can find is that my order was received. Reached out through email several times all I get in reply is excuses such as they are behind in processing. No phone number listed for them. I'm out $40.00+, embarrassed as to my brother not receiving his gift. Now I have to deal with the credit card company to try and get my money back. I've reported to Facebook as "ordered but never received product". Do not order from this company!
