Below is a scam complaint. I have the same complaint from this same company except my products were suppose to be 2 adult wooden jigsaw puzzles..30 bucks ea and a 6ft x 18ft Christmas garage door mural for 80 bucks. They sent me 2 little cheap puzzles that you would buy at the dollar store and a real small reindeer window cling. I experienced the exact same thing as the below complaint from this company. Even though they have said they were going to refund my money after I made many email threats they have not refunded anything. I placed my order in Nov 2021. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Scam Description

While browsing the internet, I found an advertisement for an electronic car jack here: https://www.wanicelly.com/search?q=jack The website looks legitimate and since they offer Paypal as a payment method I thought I would be safe to deal with them. I ordered the jack for 49.99. They sent me an email confirmation and then another email with tracking when it ships. It went from Shenzhen China to the US in 25 days. The package I received was not a jack; it was a very cheap cordless trimmer. I believe they send you a cheap item so that Paypal with pay them the money when a package is shipped and then they keep the profit. It was shipped to the USPS. I called USPS to tell them that I had not received my package but the tracking showed I had. I was told the tracking number I was given from the website was not a valid tracking number. I emailed [email protected], which was given to me on my confirmation email. They said they could refund me 7 dollars and I could keep the trimmer (with tax I paid 57 dollars). I told them I wanted a full refund. They said "I would have to send back the item which would cost a lot and be a waste of time, for a full refund. How about 11 dollars?" After a google search, I found another complaint that was an exact of mine. He ordered the jack and got a cordless trimmer as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
