I have been charged with $400 Canadian funds for items that are non existent and no matter what I do or who I talk to I am continually promised a refund and no refund has been sent. They did however refund me for another smaller order I made just after the large order for $34.99USD for one item that I did not receive as well. All in all I just want my money back and it has proven to be a pain. I will not be ordering from this company again. Such a shame I really liked their clothing. I’ve never been ripped off by them before and I’ve tried for months to make this right before I started sharing my experience with others. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else. It’s not fair for anyone to have to go through this. I work hard for my money I can’t just throw it away like this.
