This website is identical to a site used as an online merchandise store.   was set up in an identical way and they used payment by credit card or Paypal only. They advertise free shipping for orders over a certain amount. I disputed the claim with Paypal and the payee, Zhang Xiu Fang, submitted a tracking number from USPS which showed the item was sent from IDAHO FALLS, ID 83402. The item never arrived and I have been working from home. I'm guessing either China or North Korea is setting up these sites to scam people.
