I ordered a putting pool table from the online store “Warchta-store” on April 19, 2021. They have a tracking number which never worked for me until I sent an email asking where my package was. I have sent them 6 emails asking for a refund and they kept telling me that they will tell the carrier to hurry up. I checked the tracking for it today and it says it was delivered yesterday and it was not. Instead, I received a small red bracelet with a Mickey Mouse head on it and a Mickey Mouse head car decoration that I never ordered. When I try to click on their website again, it says “Sorry this shop is currently unavailable.”
