I ordered a few shirts and when the day came that it was expected, the tracking said it was delivered, but it hadn't been. I contacted them immediately by email & they apologized and said that they would rush my order again & I would get it within 5-7 business days. The days came & went, I emailed again & they apologized but said they would give me 75% of my refund because, "times were tough." I told them no, that I wanted 100% of my money back. They agreed & I never received anything.
