Warmrain advertised a RBG menorah on Facebook. I ordered it in mid November. It still had not arrived by mid December. I tried to find contact and shipping info from the company. The only contact is the email "[email protected]". I have repeatedly tried to get shipping and tracking information from them. They just reply that I should be patient but won't even give me the name of the delivery company. They will not give me a refund.
