Ads for Warmshop were constantly on Facebook. I ordered a buckle on 11/21/23, bank transaction complete on the 22nd. Did not receive an email from them saying they received my order. The tracking number they gave me, AM088010115CN, did not work for 17Track or USPS. I messaged them and for awhile they messaged back. They showed me a tracking record that I received the buckle on 12/9/23 at 12:37 p.m.. Which I did not. My mail runs much later around 4:00 to 5:00. I messaged that I did not receive it and they sent this message back to me. "This should be arriving in your town. And the courier may have already picked the goods. Therefore, the logistics information is updated to have Delivered." Jibber Jabber that makes no sense! Letting them know I still hadn't received it they sent this message. You can contact our after-sales service email: [email protected]. Sorry for causing you trouble, we will give you the most satisfactory answer! Thank you for understanding! I messaged them back stating I was not going to use that email which has been linked to many scams. They then blocked me from the Warmshop page. No further messages.Also, I no longer see their ads on Facebook now.
