This company is a scam! My husband bought me a jacket last year for Christmas, it look like it was made by a child. The Jacket was poorly put together and the material was paper thin. We contacted the company, and the representative said we could return it for a refund. We paid 30.00 dollars to return it, and 6 months later nothing. We kept getting the line they havent received it yet. When we told them we knew they had the item back, we then were told they were looking into it. We filed a fraudulent claim with capital one our credit card company, and warmsty produced a no return policy advertisement, and Capital One closed the case. We reopened the case proving to Capital One all our documentation on Warmsty saying they would refund our money back, Capital one refused to reopen the case.

I ordered one of their vest that not only wasn't even close to the size they indicated but there was a small cut in the material rendering it useless. Contacted them and they sent me a ROA, along with the address to ship to. They required me to pay the shipping which was nearly $28.00! I shipped the item back on December 14, 2021. It arrived in China on January 12, 2022 and just set there. I contacted Warmsty Customer Service again who provided all kinds of excuses, but said they would forward up the complaint from me and see if it could be resolved. Now here comes May 28, 2022, some 5 months later and the package showed back up at my doorstep. It was returned from their customs without ever being accepted by Warmsty. The 'supposed' customer service representative was 'Grace Fu', which in retrospect maybe is their way of saying 'Fu' you. They are crooks, scammers and a morally bankrupt organization. They should be BANNED from doing business in the United States. I spent a total of $150.00.

Same situation as most, orderEd a vest, worked great honestly, but was too small. Requested refund directions, they offered me $15 to keep the product but I chose to send it back. It took 3 months to get there and it’s been close to two months and have been asking for my refund but this automated email from Tiffany keeps replying with the same bs! I even asked them to send me a larger size but nothing! Got scammed! Never again from this company!

I bought the vest for my husband but when it arrived it was way too small so
I kept it for myself. I went and bought a battery from walmart for it and it worked
for a couple months now it will not stay on, does not warm.
I tried the number and it is no longer working, I do not know how to send it back
or get it repaired,

I also bought a heated vest. Realized it came from China when it came and had no instructions. Got the refund information and address which was in China. Sent it back to the exact address. This was in December. Emailed back and forth with Tiffany from Customer service. Scanned her my postal receipt several times. USPS tracking at one point said it was in China Customs. Got one excuse after another from her but no refund of my money.

Ordered from this so called company back in December of 2021. I bought a 4x heated vest for my husband for the holidays. If you search the website ( I mean look hard) you will see no battery comes with it. The vest came before Christmas and when I took it out of the extremely small package, I saw it was not a 4xl but more like a woman’s small! What a joke! I attempted to call the company by the number provided and it said they do not answer during heavy business hours so I called them at 10 pm (7pm CA time) and got same message. I emailed them and did receive a snarking response. They asked me if I ordered 2 sizes up and I said 4x was the largest size they had. Well, they told me to send it back to them but their US warehouse is being refurbished and I needed to send it to China and was given a name and an address. Well I sent it to them and sent the US tracking number. It cannot be tracked once out of the USA. I received an email stating they got the tracking number but still waiting for a refund! The ladies at the post office laughed when they saw the size of the package with a “so called” 4XL vest! I got scammed! The website did look legit! Do not buy from them! Lesson learned!

I ordered this heated jacket online for a Christmas gift for my husband. I saw in the website that you should order 2 sizes larger than you normally wear. My husband wears a 2XL so I ordered a 4XL and it was still way to small. I thought I was ordered from an American company...nope. I contacted the company by email and explained the jacket did not fit and would like a refund. The jacket was $126...they ordered me $15 and keep the jacket...but the jacket doesn't fit and is of no use to us. They instructed me to use only USPS, that I will have to ship to china (China? What?) not to the address listed in the return details and that I have to specify that the value is only $10. They are claiming that the warehouse is closed due to covid and won't reopen until June 30th, 2022, and so I have to ship it back to china.
I have to send them the tracking number (LH160752141US) when I have it and that they will not refund me until the items are received at the address in china. It cost $28.75 to ship. I mailed the jacket back on 1/3/2022. Today is 2/7/2022 and still no refund. I have sent them emails asking about my refund an am told they have not received the jacket yet. My receipt from the post office states, "Tracking unavailable to this destination country - This product does not receive Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International tracking outside if the United States.". So, I have no way of knowing if they have received the jacket or not. Has anyone actually received their refunds from this company?

The exact same thing happened to me. Did you try disputing the charge with the credit card company? I'm in the process of a dispute. Not sure if it's going to be in my favor.

I received it on 2-27-2022. The U.S. Postal Service delivered it and put it inside my locked gate. That was good. It was wrapped in plastic and tape. It was 2X Large, but it was sized for a child at around 10-12 years old with an average build. It worked after the charger was plugged in for about 2-3 minutes. The power charger is a Power Core 2000 Ultra-high capacity portable charger. The left chest buttons need to be pressed and held for a few seconds for the buttons to light up red. The buttons turn white, eventually. The size of the jackets are the issue I know needs fixing.

I was stupid . I ordered two heated vest. The sizes were off so bad and the quality of fabric was poor. In their qualifications for returns it is stated the return item cannot be opened. Do I think this company is a scam and I want to report them, this is the biggest scam. I hope they get their upcomings. A very very bad stinking fraud. My husband is a paraplegic. He weighs 165lbs the xxx did not fit , it was so tight. I hope warmsty goes broke never ever to scam innocents again.

I spent an inordinate of time in trying to deal with this so call "American Co" jacket i purchased for a Christmas gift for mt grandson did not work and also was very very small. All I asked was for a replacement but they wanted it sent to CHINA instead of 2626 Grand. Canal in Irvine CA. which is a residential address. Post office thought i was crazy in wanting to declare it's value as only ten"10" dollars and spend over 30 dollars to ship. All I got from them was sorry for the inconvenience many times and lastly hope i understand. Bunch of crap company.

Nothing but a run around in trying to get replacement jacket that did not work. Wanted me to send to China or receive 10.00 credit and keep the useless jacket. I sent to Irvine CA instead already cost me 22.00 I was NOT going to declare the value as 10.00 as they told me to do. Now they are telling me they won't bee able accept a package at the location in CA. We'll see if it gets returned to me or just lost. I put insured value as 150.00 Nothing but a scam operation listed on web site as an American company

I was looking for a heated jacket for a gift. As I was looking this website's products showed up. It was very similar to Amazon.com, and seemed reasonable. This was 12/15/2021, I ended up ordering two heated jackets adult unisex size 2XL and 3XL because the website said to order up 2 sizes and two pairs of heated gloves. Normally I would have ordered L and XL. The gloves have not yet arrived. The heated jackets arrived on 12/31/2021. They were stuffed into a very tiny package. Once they were removed, it was clear that the size had been seriously misrepresented. In fact these are more like Child/Young youth jackets. The 3XL is actually smaller than a normal L, more like a medium. I will attempt to attach a picture of the 3XL jacket on top of a normal XL sweatshirt. The 3XL jacket is approximately 7" thinner in circumference than a normal XL. That is wrong. I then tried the jackets out. The heating elements do not work on either of the jackets. The instructions say that the jacket, when turned on will flash red during the warmup cycle and then turn white. When pressed for three seconds, both the Back and Belly lights on the jacket come on, but they do not flash. After several minutes, the lights change to white. The Belly section (2 front pocket areas and the neck area heat up). The Back section does not heat up, it is still cold after being on for 15-20 minutes. The website said free shipping and return for 60 days, 60 day money back & 5 year warranty, customer support 24/7.

The phone number only provides a message that says they are unable to answer the phone and I have been trying this number since 12/17, all it does it direct you to send an email and they will respond within 12 hours.

The return information on the website, also says you must contact them before returning anything to see if you qualify, and then it must be shipped to the 2626 Grand Canal Address. This address has had other businesses with other products under the tryxxxxxxx format that end up with their websites going away. One is UV Sanitizer USA LLC with this same sort of set up.

I finally got a response back from them, and they said I qualified for a refund, however did not say what the amount of the refund was. Then they wanted me to keep the items for a $30 refund. However my charge card has been charged $399.85, two of the four items have arrived and are not adult unisex size jackets and two have yet to arrive. Then it instructs me to use only USPS, that I will have to ship to china not to the address listed in the return details and that I have to specify that the value is only $10. I looked up the address on google maps, it goes to a business apartment, but they are claiming that the warehouse is closed due to covid and won't reopen until June 30th, 2022, and so I have to ship it back to china. The money I was charged was way more than $10. Also, that I have to send them the tracking number when I have it and that they will not refund me until the items are received at the address in china they sent me. Also their website says "We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item" and they once they get the item, they will inspect it and then decide whether to honor the refund or refuse it. If they say they never it got it back, my only recourse is to go back to the post office and only get $10 because that's what I put on it. If I insure for more than $10, then they may say they received it, but then they likely refuse to honor the refund they said they would give me.

I will be going to the post office and checking with them on whether this is actually a valid way to return the items, and then I am considering going to my local police to see if there is anything else I can do deal with this scam. I am also(second time for entering this, the first time the Better Business Bureau said that New Hampshire was not a valid State and wiped out my complaint. I am hoping that does not happen again.

Please also note, that this company and it's website is hosted on Spotify, and Spotify should be considered part of this complaint as I spent a lot of time on their website and finally found a place where I could send a message to Spotify, but it immediately rejected my message as it requires you wait 30 days, so I have to wait until January 15th to contact Spotify again.
