Ad looked like Macy's kept appearing with different items. Something finally caught our eye and a few tool boxes were purchased. Have not received anything, its been 2+months. Tracking always shows 'in shipping'. Reached out via email with no response.

thought i was ordering from macys off of youtube but ended up being from warmthside, said it was sent and delivered but i never recivied it. aftership tracked it and said it was delivered ,china post was the carrier, no responce from them

I placed an order for 2 kansas city chiefs jackets and 2 hoodies with a total of 43.78 and charged to my debit card from my checking. I tracked order and took a long time and then sometime in February at the end it said it was delivered to me. I have checked my mail, post office, my apartments office and also have checked my camera footage and nothing was ever delivered. Next thing I know I'm getting a another charge for $.44 cents and then I don't know if they are connected but I am now getting charges from a smartyplus.com and a freeshipments.com every month since in different increments. I will be making a report on the other 2 company's as well. I went to my bank and reported this so I am waiting for resolution now. Ruined my surprise for my husband's bday. Hopefully you can stop these criminals.

My mother saw a banner ad that used Macy’s font and star logo, and beneath that, it read, ‘80% off clearance’. She clicked on it, and there was a plethora of household goods listed for cheap prices. Thinking Macy’s was offering amazing deals, and with the urge of a ‘24 hour sale’ message on the site, she bought a kitchen stand mixer for 30$ US on the spot. She showed me the site after the purchase, and I noticed the website domain read warmthside.com. The prices were way too good to be true. I knew she’d been scammed, and I wish she had shown me the site before the purchase! This was ten days ago, and our stand mixer has not shown up, and it never will. The website lists an address in Germany, but it’s probably fake or inaccurate. Please, check domain names and look for bad grammar. And if it’s too good to be true, and if it’s not a well known site, avoid it!
