8/13/24 Person called about my auto factory warranty expiring (**** *** ********). I was leary so I asked for a number to call back. Their response was, we will call you in 1 hour. That call never came. I called the number listed on my phone(609-557-8862) and it was a recording saying "unable to connect and call back during business hours "

8/16/24 I called the number listed on my phone when the initial call happened. Staff answered and said my warranty was expired. I asked twice what their business name was and was told Warranty Solutions and then I was hung up on!
