I was approached by a man saying he recently purchased a house and wanted an outdoor kitchen. He gave me an address of a house that is currently for sale and knew no details about the actual house. He asked me to go by the place without him since he’s out of town. He likely would send me a fake check then ask for a refund before the check bounced.
