There is a guy there that works his name is Mr Lee and he is the worst because he kept stringing me along day after day and all the sudden I just get a text message saying try to get something else I try to complain to the stupid company they don't care so I found the California Attorney General's office against them and the department of Real Estate because this company should not be in business I lost a chance to buy another shop waiting for them to get me a final amount for the shop they had and I told Mr Lee I will pay whatever he wants I just wanted this shop.
It's funny that the guy selling his shop & realtor are both named Mr. Lee.
He even accused me of going to talk to the owner, I told him I signed a discreet clause, I never went to the shop, I live almost 2 hrs. Away. It turned out to be a lie.
So anyone out there STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, I have to pay so much more money about $15,000 because of their delay and I list the other shop waiting. Bunch of jerks..
