They hold your clothing hostage in an extortion style scheme to get MORE THAN TWICE what they quote you when submitting your order online by adding numerous fees and gratuities and removing any discount codes. They will say they are sending a discount code to use on your next order, but the exact same thing will happen. Any request for management or owner contact information is refused by person who answers the phone! I was quoted $29, they will not deliver my clothing because I blocked their attempted $72 actual charge.
