False Debt Collections

I am receiving threatening phone calls from this establishment indicating of an owed debt with CabinNet USA loan company I have never heard of before or ever received a loan from. The calls are coming from Washington & Associates 615-486-6928. The persons on the line can never provide any details of the loan, date the loan was taking out. I googled CabinNet USA and they verified that they don't have any information on me or a loan account under my name. I have attached an email that I received from CabinNet USA. I do believe this is fraud or some sort of scam to obtain my personal information. Washington & Associates even name my kids names and the type of vehicle that I drive which is scary. Please investigate this as soon as possible. I am not sure if they have my banking information or social security information.

Years of harassment -still ongoing - wrong phone number

I cordially called them multiple times to advise them they had the wrong phone number (my bus. cell phone). Was told you've been removed, just to be harassed again and again. Spent over an hour waiting to speak to a mgr. live. Was pushed into voice mail. Called back. They hung up on me. I've recorded everything.
I'm on the National and FL do not call lists. Filed a case against them. Considering seeking damages for mental distress and lost work time with the support of my brother who's an attorney.

Supposed credit card debt

Recorded phone calls saying that since they can't reach me, they are going to garnish my wages (I don't work), or take it from my bank. When I call back, all they can say is that I owe over $15,000 to Citibank. I haven't dealt with them in over 20 years. They said I agreed to make payments in 2014, but that the first payment didn't go through. The longer we talked, the more suspicious I became. They wanted a settlement of $3001 (odd amount) or $1001 a month. We are on a fixed income! I don't believe that this is legit and we ended the call without a resolution, but I will be keeping an eye on my bank account ...

Hi I’m going through the same thing rite now today ! They reached out to me like a week ago an they said I owed 3000 for a 400 dollar loan I made in 2012 .told me they was going to garnish my wages through my job so I gave them my cash app card An I locked the card so it was declined they called me this morning trying to talk over me and all I was asking from her was a professional ID number and address she hung up on me and she was very irate .. I see you posted this June 6 2022 any updates ?

This company has been sending me harassing phone calls referring to me as a name I used more than 20 years ago and unable to state what my claim is for. They are threatening to have all my wages garnished for a claim I know nothing about. This is a SCAM! They are using scare tactics to try and retrieve $$ from individuals for their so called "clients".

I have received numerous calls from 414-409-9404 and from my local area code 406-6013772 which claim I owe $ on a debt paid years ago. I finally returned the call and spoke to an unprofessional hack who tried to say I was going to be garnished, that I signed an agreement to have over $4k withdrawn from my "account" etc. I lit the [censored] up, and he hung up on me. Unbelievable. Any insight on how to stop this is appreciated.

This company has been harassing me for over 5 years stating that I owe money on a credit card from Washington Mutual/Chase Bank that was discharged in a bankruptcy 10 years ago. They have called my relatives to get to me as well. They keep telling me that a judgment was placed and they are going to take my assets and call my work to get garnishments. When I ask questions on who I can call to talk to, they say they don’t have that information but I need to pay immediately and that a court has already given them permission to “take my money out”. When I ask for information regarding the account, they hang up on me. I have asked them to give me their information so I can call Chase directly and am being told that Chase wouldn’t know anything about it. They keep harassing - use very good scare tactics and are not legitimate. Over the last 5 years of their threats, nothing has happened and they still refuse to give me any information about my case file with them.
