I called and spoke to Heather who was very rude. She told me she wanted $1000 for Timely Payday. She asked for my debit card. I said no. She said they would go ahead and access my bank account.

Consumer stated they received a telephone call from "Washington Associates" claiming they had old debt that was in collections. Gave quite a bit of information on the consumer including part of her ssn. They wanted to connect the consumer with an other additional office? Was hung on multiple times when the consumer called back and questioned their intentions. Consumer is up to date on their credit report and any collections that may be brought against them. They knew this was a scam and wanted to share with other consumers.
