I scheduled a taxi for drop off to Regan airport via this companies website. When the cab didn’t arrive, I called the number, and it went to voicemail in what was clearly a cell phone. They were non responsive. I consequently missed my flight, being forced to rebook for a later, longer flight and paying a $120 fee to secure equivalent seating. This company is clearly trying to rip off business from the more established Washington Flyer taxi company. This is very deceptive and should not be allowed! The Virginia LLC license for the scamming company, Washington dulles flyers, has been expired for years, according to the Virginia SCC.
